We deal with events that range from 50 participants to themed conferences of 700 or more.

We can host your event locally or offer our expertise for events in any one of the many exotic overseas locations.

We are experts in and have recently held events in Dubai, Thailand, Mauritius, Egypt, Mozambique and Zambia to name a few.

Post conference meeting, feedback and reconciliation of all cost

Logistics:

Co-ordination of flights, transfers, hotel and conference venue

Liaison with DMC (Destination Management Company or Tour Operator)

Visa and Health requirement facilitation

Pre & post tour arrangements

Sourcing and Management of all suppliers:

Design of event logo and printing all materials i.e. invitations, programmes, name badges etc.

Fees Structure: We work on a management / co-ordination fee of the total cost depending on the complexity of the project.

All our commissions are passed on to our clients as we work on the project management fee.
